Sensor Registration problem

HI: I have a snort sensor with libprelude-0.9.13 and prelude-manager-0.9.8 in other machine. When I try to register the snort sensor an error occur when I introduce de password that the server gave me. This is the error: "could not connect to x.x.x.x port 5553: No route to host." The network connection work perfectly I just want to know if the version of libprelude and prelude-manager are compatible. If they are compatible, then which could be the problem . I'm not very good in English.
