Prelude database storage optimalization

Are there any materials regarding on how to setup database server for Prelude? Right now I have four (dozens more to come) snort probes and two syslogs. Afrter few days of operation the database grows to ~5GB and Prewikka gets painfully slow - it takes about a minute or longer to load and it gets quite useless. Database (MySQL) sits on dedicated server (dual dual-core Xeon, 2GB RAM, RAID5 with SAS disks) and it is a vanilla installation of CentOS 5.1. MySQL has few tweaks in configuration regarding RAM usage and that is basically it. Do you have any suggestions how to optimize it?
