What libprelude version are you using? If it is not the latest, does
upgrading to a newer version fix the problem?

Additionally, in order to debug the issue, you might want to run the
prelude-admin command with the following environements variables set:

LIBPRELUDE_DEBUG=10 LIBPRELUDE_TLS_DEBUG=10 prelude-admin [...]
