It seems that the IDMEF database (not the Prewikka database), has not
been created, or that the [idmef_database] configuration section in
prewikka.conf is not correct.

I'm not sure whether the Debian packages are supposed to handle this for
you or not, or if there is a Debian specific way of configuring this. I
added Pierre Chifflier (the Prelude Debian packages maintainer) to the
CC list since he might have more information on that.
