As I am not a BSD user, I won't be able to help you here. This is not a prelude question, you may ask the BSD community about how to install this file (you can just show the line I've cut above, that's enough for developers to understand). That said, providing the feedback from the BSD community here would be nice, and we can then add into the README how to install this dependency.
