Sebastien, I think I have figured this out. It appears that the [db] section in the /usr/local/etc/prelude-manager/prelude-manger.conf file was commented out. After making the necessary changes and restarting prelude-manager the database now seems to be populating. One suggestion: add a section to https://trac.prelude-ids.org/wiki/InstallingPreludeDbLibrary to let the user know that the prelude-manger.conf file needs to be edited since the default is to comment out the [db] section. Cheers!
