SMTP Plugin template

If you've created your own smtp template to create pretty email alerts from
Prelude and wouldn't mind sharing, please contact me. I find the default
format barely readable and the included "template.example" file too short
and incomplete. Since I don't know, and cannot find online, all of the IDMEF
variables to use to create my own template, I'm stuck with the default.
Please consider responding, and thanks in advance.

The ideal to me would be HTML formatted email alerts that are similar on
appearance to the alert summary screens in Prewikka, which I think are
awesome.
