Still cannot delete Alerts in Prewikka

Hi,
I'm still facing the same problem with Prewikka. I cannot delete any of the
alerts and I cannot change the filter (in the down-left corner) from hours
to days.
My link goes to http://localhost/prewikka?
and I get the 403 forbidden website .
My apache configurations are like this:

Alias /prewikka/ /usr/share/prewikka/htdocs/

ScriptAlias /prewikka /usr/share/prewikka/cgi-bin/prewikka.cgi

<Location /prewikka>
    Order allow,deny
   Allow from all

</Location>

OS is Fedora 14 x32bit
and I have set SELinux to Permissive...
