Dear prelude users, I'm using PostgreSQL 9.0 on an OpenBSD 4.9 server with 3GB of RAM and a dual core CPU. I find that preludedb-admin is slow deleting some alerts that I specify. My Prelude DB is around 44GB so I guess that doesn't help. Below are my settings of postgresql.conf: default_statistics_target = 100 maintenance_work_mem = 256MB constraint_exclusion = on checkpoint_completion_target = 0.9 effective_cache_size = 2GB work_mem = 72MB wal_buffers = 32MB checkpoint_segments = 64 shared_buffers = 704MB max_connections = 20 Any comments or even DB tips are welcome :-) -- Cheers, Colin _______________________________________________ Prelude-user site list [email protected] http://lists.prelude-technologies.com/mailman/listinfo/prelude-user
