Hello Snort users,

i've released IDScenter 1.1 RC4:

I updated the manual to 1.1 RC4 (screenshots, text):

What's new:
- AlertMail fixed: code reviewed
- More stability: code audited for possible problems
- Splash screen can be "clicked away"
- Log options: TTCP options keyword problem fixed
- Fixes for multiple instance support (Autostart, Saving suffix)
