Snort v2.6.0.2 is available

Hi everybody,
 
The Snort Team is pleased to announce the availability of Snort v2.6.0.2.
This release includes a number of improvements including the following:
 
* Added a DNS preprocessor and protocol decoder.  This DNS preprocessor
addresses vulnerabilities in Microsoft Windows DNS resolution identified in
MS06-041.
 
Changes to your snort configuration file are required to utilize this new
functionality.  Please review release notes at:
