Error during make of Snort-3.0.0A2 (build 167)

Hello All,

   Got this while building snort-3 with 'make -j 4 install':

Though in /opt/bin I have:

-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root    25944 Sep  1 11:05 u2boat
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root    38304 Sep  1 11:05 u2spewfoo

and running snort from /opt/bin produces:
