Okay, that's good to know, thanks!  I've got one that's fairly complete, and
not too much of an intrusive change (adds some new rule keywords/capabilities).
 I'll see about syncing it to the 2.9.8.x code soon and maybe bounce it off of
Bill (if he doesn't mind), who seems to be good at finding bugs, for a sanity
check on my string parsing.
