Yes, you should be able to just copy those items over.
The pp.conf should be compatible between those versions (you can check the
pp.conf version number at the bottom of the pp.conf file. That variable
will be updated when the format of the pulledpork.conf is modified.

# Pulledpork3 configuration version variable: may be used in future
CONFIGURATION_NUMBER = 3.0.0.3
