Questions about specific CVE in rules

Hi all,
checking for example a CVE like CVE-2012-1716 (very very old) in the search
Dashboard on rule_docs I haven’t found any rule usable to do prevention
about this. Does this page search only in community ruleset? How can I do
if I want to search or write a rule for this CVE for example?
