Snort3 w/PFRING and SELinux issues

Howdie folks, Need some help on an install. I am installing PF Ring 8.4.0 using a tar.gz file and I am installing LibDAQ 3.0.11 with that as well. I am also using snort 3.0. My issue is a shared library for libdaq.so.3. I am unable to start or use snort because of the shared library error. I have confirmed that the shared library’s are in the Ld.so.config.D folder and I have confirmed that Lipdaq has installed. I am using a kickstart file to install all of this on an oracle Linux eight system using SE Linux and various Stig scripts on top of that. I have done a blank install where I did not let any of my programs install and then I installed PF ring LibDAQ and snort manually where I was still having this shared library issue. Thanks.
