Looking forward to it 😊Months ago we made an inquiry and Joe and eluded to some sort of GUI being looked into for Windows from Cisco development. It would be nice if something similar to BASE could be brought into the 21st century to interface with Snort 3 using different operating systems. However it might be possible to use WSL for that purpose as long as Snort 3 was Windows compatible.

I have no idea what GUI is out there that is lightweight and very easy to navigate, especially for new users.

We were also unsuccessful, so there is native Windows version of Snort 3 in the works. It is nearing completion but not quite there yet. It will be full featured, w/o the Snort 2 limitations. More to come soon.
