Question on Divert DAQ

Hello!

I read the README.divert on latest DAQ and it says that the pf.conf in
FreeBSD does not support diverting packets like the OpenBSD implementation
does.
Is it not possible to use divert-to instead of divert-packet(that does not
work in FreeBSD) in pf.conf in FreeBSD, like "pass in on eth0 divert-to
8000" for the divert daq to recieve the packets?
