Can't start DAQ (-1) - Error opening adapter

Hello! When I used this commands in cmd:
snort -c C:\Snort\etc\snort.conf -A console -i eth0
It shown error on photo
I tried to follow first answer from here:
https://superuser.com/questions/1447480/snort-2-9-13-error-cant-start-daq-1-fatal-error-quiting?noredirect=1&lq=1
But this one gives me error "No entry point"

Also I can't understand how to install DAQ and use commands from here

in windows cmd

Is there another solutions?
