Re: Snort 3 rules - Antivirus

No, Virus total does not flag anything when pasting the Rules URL. When uploading the file though, 4 vendors flag the file as malicious as shown in the attached screenshot.

Is Virustotal reports the same?

Dear Snort community,

I recently registered to be able to download the Snort 3 rules. Unfortunately, when downloading, Windows defender started complaining that a Virus was detected. Is this normal behavior or am I currently being attacked 😃?
