Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-ie,
browser-plugins, file-multimedia, file-other, malware-cnc,
malware-other, os-windows and server-other rule sets to provide
coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
