unable to copy the /include dir to /usr/lib/...

I have already posted this, and it is being held by the moderator. So I 
reposted
now that I have subsribed. Pse excuse the double post.


Hello, I am unable to copy the include dir found within SnortSnarf to the
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/ directory. I keep getting the same error as seen 
below.

monkeylabs:/home/don/SnortSnarf-021111.1 # cp include 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/
cp: omitting directory `include'

I was able to copy the JulianDay.pm and other time files successfully 
though.
