alert.ids can't be generated

I'm running Snort 200B72 and Snortsnarf 0211111 on NT platform.
After I setup everything the alert.ids file never being generated, the
Snort
has logged pretty much traffic, but Snortsnarf can't present it since no
SnortFileInput file exists. I have setup Snort and Snortsnarf before they
all
worked well, but this time it failed. I don't why. Can someone help me out.
