Installation problem

I downloaded the latest version (SnortSnarf-021111.1.tar.gz) and untarred it. When I went to install the Time-modules, the Time-modules directory is empty. Did I do something wrong? Do I need to download it separately. The README page says they (Version 100.010300) is included in this distribution. Please help!!
