Hello, Thanks to all of you who answered and explained to me the possible causes and solutions. Unfortunately I haven't been able to test them all as whatever was causing me problems has suddenly stopped; it's better to be prepared next time it happens. I'll try to filter out fragments on the Cisco to see what happens.
