Any chance you could show the target ip last 2 octets?
Does your external router allow for higher details in its logging?
If the external interface is seeing traffic from 120.0.0.1 with internal
destinations that implies spoofed traffic destined towards you net. It
doesn't look like a scan as the return traffic shouldn't go anywhere.
Your router shouldn't route it out unless you have a default router
towards your upstream isp and your not filtering bogon address space.
