Hi Ben,
I recommend you to check Lenny's analysis in the Handler's Diary:

Subject: [Intrusions] How worried to be?

I've been wondering how worried to be about the latest MS patches. Seen
some exploit code, claims of exploit code, and thinking some of them are
perfect worm fodder. But nothing showing up in the press at *all*. Am
I chicken little? Or is the press getting tired of the same old story,
that simply ends with "get your windows updates?"
