Hello invisiblenet list, I am trying to use IIP to connect me to an IRC server like an anonymous user but I am not able to make work the relay, I have proven in Win9x and low Linux but in any case achievement to make the connection, with the IRC that comes for defect if it works.  
I have read the whole help but I don't get information on this, they can shake hands me.
