manpage in POD format

The isproxy manpage is now created in POD format, this is much easier to
use as the original nroff/groff version.
The file is located in iip/doc/ in the CVS, the viewcvs url is:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/invisibleip/iip/doc/isproxy.pod?rev=HEAD&content-type=text/plain

You can view the file with:
perldoc isproxy.pod

Check the syntax with:
podchecker isproxy.pod

(this gives 2 warnings, but the perl documentation itself also doesn't
quote URIs, so why should we? :)

Convert to a manpage with:
pod2man -s 1 -c isproxy -r 1.1 isproxy.pod >isproxy.1

(-s = section, -c = commandm -r = release)

Please take a look if everything is okay; spelling, content etc. If you
find anything, tell me.
I suggest that for the release we do the conversation to man format, so
end-users don't need to have perl installed.
