Last time there was a documentation placeholder, something like 'the
real documentation is on http://..etc', that should be fine.

Hopefully nop had time for this last weekend, but it can be done at any
time, since it is not part of the release.

I think that we can release this week, I'll try to contact nop and
codeshark and fix a time. If you see missing things in the
documentation, or Makefile, please say so.
