Adding the iip user in OS/X

There's no problem installing on Mac OSX here, and there's also no user named iip. If you need to log in as root to install just do a 'sudo su -' and then type in the admin password -- follow that with a 'make install'. But I haven't seen anything (mac or other *nix) about a user 'iip'.
