iip-dev meeting

Hi all! :)
	It's that time of week again! There will be an Invisible IRC Project 
Development meeting today at 21:00 UTC in the #iip-dev channel. So, now you 
know the time, and you have no excuse to say:

	"Oh dear!  Oh dear!  I shall be late!" and
	"Oh my ears and whiskers, how late it's getting!"

	... like that poor rabbit in Alice and Wonderland. (I wonder whatever 
happened to him. Did the queen kill the poor, furry creature?)
