	Well, I don't have much to say. However, if the "users" will have to touch 
the code, then you would probably be best to learn Perl. Also, if you're 
hoping for help with the code, Perl would probably be a better choice. The 
reason I say Perl is simple (while annoying I'm sure): It's so widespread. 
Tons of people know how to use it. It's not hard to learn either. I read the 
perldocs in a few days. I've gotten an astronomical return in my time from 
it. I would suggest you learn it one way or another. :)
