Hi cohesion. I don't understand what you mean by "developer access." The 
idea of a wiki seems to be that it's easily editable and a that it 
creates a simple page. Are you concidering serious modifications to 
rwiki or do you just want easy access so you can modify the page layout?

I'd like to suggest that instead of using a language-dependent URI [1] 
we use mod-rewrite to create something simpler like [2]. I wanted to get 
this out in the open before any permalinks are made to the wiki as it 
will help us move to different software later (if necessary) and is a 
cleaner practice.

I took a look at RD and it looks like a very featureful formatting 
language but I'm not sure if it'll be too hard for newcomers to learn 
However it might be very useful to document more complex parts of the 
software.

Glad to see an effort to document more of IIP.
