network issues

Ok, that will be the last time you should get some hiccups for a long time,
I finally figured out why the hell the primary firewall wasn't working but
the failover was, (unfortunately the failover is designed to only stay on so
long, thus the outages). Well, the inet router was holding the arp cache of
the failover and when I would bring up the primary, the router was just too
stupid to re-arp. Well, that is now fixed, yippee, so we have redundancy on
the firewalls.
