IIP

I encountered a different problem with on win2k.  After installing, IIP
will start fine when logged in as administrator, but logging in as a
user, it collects entropy and gives the configuration dialog, but after
you click OK it quits.  Next time you start it up again it does the same
thing (collects entropy, configures, and quits).
