Entropy gathering with isproxy in M$ Windoze.

	OK. I looked into it. (Miracle of miracles my old compiler actually built 
isproxy, though I did need to completely recreate the project file.) It 
appears that the problem is mainly a miscommunication. The user needs to move 
the mouse around _inside the dialog box_. (If they move the mouse _outside_ 
the dialog box, then the dialog box doesn't get he WM_MOUSEMOVE messages and 
hence no entropy is gathered.) In theory you should be able to capture the 
mouse. However, when I tried that it didn't work and I was soon so frustrated 
with M$'s stupid software that I gave up. Unless UserX wants to give mouse 
capture a shot, I suggest we just change the message in the dialog box from:

	"Please move the mouse and or press random keys."

	to:

	"Please move the mouse inside this dialog box and or press random keys."

	Anyway, that's what I came up with. I'll let UserX & nop decide which way 
they want to fix it. (i.e. another attempt at capturing the mouse or just 
changing the dialog box's message.)
