Key sizes ... where it stands.

Hi, all! :)
	Just to inform people who weren't there (and because that jrand0m likes 
design decisions to be archived), jrand0m, thecrypto, nop, and I all got 
together on IIP and discussed keylengths. We finally left the issue as 
follows:

	2048 bit ElGamal public key
	256 bit AES key (if that's too slow we can reduce the key size later)
	Also, nop suggests key rotation every X number of messages/blocks/whatever

	So that's how things stand. Thought I should fill you all in and post this so 
GMANE can archive it. :)
