you can build your own i2p_sdk.zip via "ant dist_sdk" or you can contact
us on #iip-dev for a freenet CHK (I've been constantly inserting it into
freenet at HTL 25 for the last hour and will continue to do so for a
while...)

readme file is in there, plus an even less controversial i2p_philosophy.pdf
than was last posted here, along with the source, build, docs, spec,
and license, of course.

nice work to hezekiah, jeremiah, thecrypto, nop, and everyone else who
threw in comments, code, and criticism.
