ready for review? + wiki

specs & docs updated to reference version 0.9 (aka for peer review)
small mod to code to have it validate signatures, thereby meeting the
criteria for sdk 0.2
sdk build process includes PDFs of the 4 specs for review.

Is there anything pending that should hold off packaging this up for
peer review?  I'm off to the pub, but if I don't hear anything when I
come back, I'll tag this in cvs as SDK 0.2 and begin inserting it into
freenet (I'll hold off on giving out the CHK until later).

I2PSecurity is still a work in progress and its "completion" won't hold
up the peer review.  Please feel free to add/edit the wiki.  

Also, where will we be distributing the SDK + specs from?  Can we get
the PDFs up on sf.net individually, as well as wrapped in the SDK (~1.8M)?
