bugfixes

The following bugs that were brought up in todays meeting 
have now been fixed:

	node connecting to itself
		Now checks if the noderef's hostname matches the one
		for this machine.

		(use: ignoreself = false  in isproxy.ini to get the 
		orginal behaviour back)

	node stops while settings window is up
		This is now fixed, node should carry on as normal while
		settings window is up.
