If I read that correctly, the problem described is when trying to get a 
openvpn tunnel through a proxy. People sometimes try to bypass their 
admin security by using tcp/80 or tcp/443 instead of udp/1194 for openvpn.

We are trying more or less the opposite, a 'normal' openvpn tunnel and 
redirecting http traffic from the roadwarrior to go through our squid.
