Thanks John. I guess I've been living under a rock regarding VMware. :(

Looks like I'll be evaluating/switching my virtualization platform when 
CentOS6 is available (before summer if we're lucky). I'll be taking a 
close look at VirtualBox (I want/need USB), but I'm hoping that KVM will 
pan out.

While I still intend to use an IPCop VM, I don't see any point in 
spending more time on this presently.
