[2.0] Plans for 1.9.20 (2.0.0-rc1)

Hello everybody,


news from the development front.
Expect to see the next version of the 1.9 series by the end of next week.
1.9.20 will actually be release candidate 1 for 2.0.0, which means only 
bugfixes until 2.0.0.
Depending on the number of changes after 1.9.20 there may be a version 
1.9.21 (release candidate 2). Otherwise I expect to release 2.0.0 by the 
middle/end of September.

As 2.0.0 is getting closer, now is a good time to translate text phrases 
that are still missing. See this page for current state
