I think you have to treat it as a fresh install. too much has changed,
or has been moved about.

The ability to customize your IPCop has not been lost, it has been
enhanced. rc.local is now rc.event.local, which allows you to script
actions when the system goes up or down, the network goes up or down,
or when 'red' goes up or down, which is described more here:
http://www.ipcop.org/2.0.0/en/admin/html/custom-rc-event-local.html

So, some editing may be required. If you poke around the Admin Manual,
you will also find rc.firewall.local is still there, and a new
dnsmasq.local too.
