I will make additional flash sizes for those that must have more than 512MB to fill out a larger drive. I also uploaded the bootable iso image and the diff file. Since networking setup is pointless on a machine other than where you will run it (Cobalt in this case) I have the installer skip networking so you WILL need a nullmodem cable to use a serial console and log in, run depmod and then setup. You would have to do this even if I did leave networking in the installer since your udev would contain the names and mac addys of the pcnet32 fake nics in VMWAre. One very important thing if you are using Raq3,4 or Qube3's is to use traffic accounting very wisely meaning probably not. My Raq4i is modded to run a faster processor and clocked at 550 but it gets bogged down with accounting and the web gui gets very sluggish. An 800mhz Celeron has been known to get buried by this feature. A 300mhz powered Cobalt would likely choke to death with Traffic Accounting in full configuration enabled. I will try my 550's and maybe even upgrade them to 1.4ghz from the 1ghz and 1.26ghz PIII's in them now. BTW, it is possible to run up to 600mhz on any Raq3,4 and Qube3 but it requires the right processor and moving tiny solder jumpers on the board. I have the map for them to manipulate core voltage and multiplier. My thin core 1.8v processor at 550mhz uses less power than the old 2.2 volt 300mhz ones do. The key is that Cobalts actually use Mobile processors which differ only by the thinner core, lower voltage and higher price. Any searches should have "mobile" as a keyword for k6-II or III.
