I commited an incorrect rootfile. That's fixed now, so
40-usb_modeswitch.rules is include in update.

/etc/usb_modeswitch.d could be used is if you need to override a config
file, Changelog say so.

I haven't tested the result as I don't have the hardware to use that
actually.
That's good to know Dave answered that work.
