Trying to validate the HTML gives this error:
Line 1, Column 130: Missing xmlns attribute for element html. The value
should be: http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml
…R/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"><html><head>
<title>ipcop.datanom.net… ✉ Many Document Types based on XML need a
mandatory xmlns attribute on the root element. For example, the root
element for XHTML might look like: <html
xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

But I sincerely doubt this has something to do with it unless it means
the browsers is changing to quirks mode.
