[2.0] Planning for 2.0.1

I've almost finished my list of 'things-to-do-asap', with only some 
smaller changes in rc.red and rc.updatered left.
When all goes well I will work on that the coming few days.

Commit any modifications until 2011-11-01  00:00 (UTC).

Expect v2.0.1 somewhere around November 8th (give or take 1 or 2 days).
