capi4k-utils fixed

I fixed capi4k-utils to compile on my tree (not yet commited).
But looking at the rootfiles, it look we only use the pppd plugins.

Is there a reason why we should still compile capiinit, avmcapictrl and
capi20 lib and not only the plugins?
